Service providers

These companies process data for us, only to run the app:

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. Deleting your account (Settings → Account → Delete account) permanently removes your profile, progress, packs, church memberships, and tournament entries. If you own a church, ownership passes to another member, and a church with no members is deleted. We keep only a log entry that an account was deleted, with nothing that identifies you.

You can also ask us to delete your account by email. See Delete your account.

Children

Anyone can play without an account, and then we collect nothing. Signing in is for people 13 and older. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email support@presenttruthchallenge.com and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to how we use it. Use the export and delete tools in the app, or email us. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Database rules, which we test automatically, limit who can see each record, and your sign-in session is stored in your device’s secure storage.

Changes

When our practices change, we’ll update this page and its effective date, and tell you in the app about significant changes.
